Our National Union represents people in many different sectors. Communications Workers of America primarily represents telecommunications workers. We also represent workers in medical facilities, cable companies, wireless companies and the newspaper and broadcasting industry to name a few. CWA LOCAL 7970

CWA Local 7970 consists of members within the bargaining unit of Embarq Corporation in Washington and Oregon. We represent all bargaining unit employees and bargain the labor agreement for those employees. We also provide representation in disputes between bargaining unit members and management. Our members are involved community members, hard working employees and dedicated to their craft. We are proud to represent these people.
